Trek transfer FAQ
Can I book a jeep for my trek transfer online?+
Yes. Search your trailhead on the booking page, choose your date and book the whole vehicle or a seat. For trailheads that are not listed, message us and we'll quote a fixed price.
What time should the jeep leave Pokhara for a trek start?+
Most trekkers leave between 6 and 8 AM to start walking the same day. Choose a morning time when you book — all times are in Nepal time.
Do I need permits for Annapurna treks?+
Annapurna region treks need a TIMS card and an Annapurna Conservation Area permit, which you can arrange in Pokhara. Upper Mustang needs a special restricted-area permit through a registered agency. Aayo provides the vehicle transfer.
Can I be picked up from the trailhead when I finish?+
Yes. Book a one-way trip in the reverse direction, or a round trip with a return pickup time.
