Customer

Do I need to turn on my GPS at all time?

Yes, it is suggested that you turn on your GPS throughout the ride. It makes it easier for us to track the ride and ensure you’re safe.
 

Can I use same mobile number in both Aayo customer app and Aayo Drive app?

Yes, you can use same mobile number to use both the app. However, the process to signup are different. If you have signed up only in Aayo app, do not expect the same account to work in Aayo Drive app. You have to signup again for Aayo Drive app following the required procedures even if you use the same mobile number.

How is my security ensured during the ride?

Each and every ride is continuously monitored by the Aayo operation team. We immediately get in touch with you if any suspicious activity occurs.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account with us by emailing us your account  phone number with subject “Delete my account” to support@aayo.app
