    How to DeleteYour Aayo Account

    You can delete your account directly from the app's profile settings. No password is required — just a few simple taps.

    Step-by-Step Guide

    Follow these simple steps to delete your account

    Open the Aayo App

    Launch the Aayo app on your phone and make sure you are logged in to your account.

    Go to Profile Settings

    Tap on your profile icon at the bottom navigation bar, then tap the Settings gear icon.

    Select "Delete Account"

    Scroll down in the settings page and find the "Delete Account" option. Tap on it.

    Confirm Deletion

    A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the information and tap "Delete My Account" to confirm. No password is required.

    Important Information

    Before You Delete

    • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

    • All your ride history, saved addresses, and preferences will be removed.

    • Any pending rides or active bookings must be completed or cancelled first.

    • Refunds for any outstanding balance will be processed within 7 business days.

    • You can create a new account with the same phone number after deletion.
